Its focus is on origination and capital allocation of alternative credit and tax advantaged transactions, for its accredited investor base developed over the last decade. Nautilus also specializes in advisory in the areas of corporate finance and investor relations, for midsize private and small-cap, publicly traded companies.

Anatoli Semenoff
Co-Founder & Managing Member
Anatoli Semenoff is a Finance & Operations professional, with a two-decade long professional experience that spans multiple corners of Finance and Operations that ranges from Legal & Compliance, Risk, Strategy, Real Estate, Corporate Finance, Treasury and Business Management. , Anatoli has spent nearly 10 years with Investment Banks Citigroup and Barclays, 5 years with Apollo Global Management, 2 years with two different US Exchanges (ISE and American Stock Exchange). Outside of the financial services, Anatoli has spent the last 5 years in the Healthcare, Life Sciences & Wellness sector, in roles that included C-level roles in Market/Business Development, Operations and Finance.
Anatoli holds several professional licenses and designations, including FINRA securities licenses and a professional designation from the Project Management Institute. Anatoli holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance from St John's University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Fordham University.

Undeveloped Land as Principal and/or General Partner
- Raised $25mm+ capital for 5 develop / conserve transaction (2020-2023)
- Co-GP on 188 acres in Lakeside, MT (acquired in 2021 and exited in 2023 at a 2.5x MOIC)
- Principally acquired undeveloped land in North Charleston, SC and successfully exited to a developer
Development and as Limited Partner
- Victor Homes, 17 unit/7 property portfolio in Greer, SC (acquired in 2021)
- Raised ~$1m and investor for multi-family development in VT, in 2022
- Principally invested in a luxury residential development in Mt Pleasant, SC, in 2024

- Numerous investments into commercial and residential properties
On a personal front, Anatoli is a proud father of three children, has been married to his childhood sweetheart for 25 years and is a former competitive triathlete. In his discretionary time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading (a lot) and serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Libraries at the College of Charleston, Daniel Island Community Association and the RCE Foundation.
Stanley Wilhelm
Co-Founder & Managing Member
Stanley Wilhelm is a Finance professional with 20+ years of experience in corporate finance and accounting. Stanley has spent 10 years at Sequence Financial Specialists as an investment banking representative, working on structuring and capital raising for alternative investments, predominantly in real estate space. Over 30 offerings were successfully completed. Prior to that, Stanley worked on Wall Street at Barclays Capital Group, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup Smith Barney. His roles were often centered around real estate portfolio strategy of the investment banks. Stanley holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Fordham University.

Stanley is a husband to Dr. Nicole Nadel and a father of twin boys. He spends a lot of his spare time managing operation and growth of Totality Medispa, Totality Men's Wellness and Totality Skincare e-commerce business, which he co-owns with his wife.
